Creative Studio 25 LLC

By accessing this website, submitting information, booking services, or engaging with Creative Studio 25 LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Creative Studio 25 LLC provides professional photography services, including but not limited to boudoir, glamour, fine art, and portrait photography.
2. Eligibility
All clients must be at least 18 years of age. Services are not provided to minors.
3. Bookings & Payments
• A session fee, retainer, or deposit may be required to secure services.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Pricing, packages, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at the time of booking. Failure to attend a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of payments made. Refunds are issued solely at the Company’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, content, branding, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative Studio 25 LLC unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients receive only the usage rights expressly granted.
6. Client Conduct
Clients agree to act respectfully and provide accurate information. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
7. Assumption of Risk
Photography sessions may involve physical movement, wardrobe changes, or emotional vulnerability. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Studio 25 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered.
9. Privacy Policy
Use of services is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government actions, power outages, or technology failures.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services, access, or communications for violations of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
